Have you ever felt torn in multiple directions, unsure of how to align your life what you really want it to look like?
I certainly have.
I am BBFeenix, and I have faced and overcome these very challenges. Going from being on food banks twice in my life, too now going on five star holidays.
Today, I want to share with you how upgrading your DNA through mindful living, personal growth, life’s tragedies, and triumphs have transformed my life and how it can do the same for you.
My journey to transformation started over two decades ago. Like many, I found myself caught in the whirlwind of life, juggling many responsibilities, and struggling to find balance. Despite my best efforts, I felt stuck in patterns that were holding me back, leaving me exhausted and unfulfilled. I knew something had to change.
Over the years, I have faced leaving two toxic relationships, losing both of my parents to Cancer and I am currently living through one of my daughters being chronically ill in hospital, who has been there since the beginning of this year. All whilst being on my own.
Each step along the way has offered valuable insights, but it wasn’t until I discovered about working with frequencies and understanding about mental health and the effect that this has on our bodies, minds, and energy levels, that everything truly began to fall into place.
One of the pivotal moments in my journey was discovering Quantum Breath. This technique, which integrates ancient wisdom with modern science, became an integral element of my daily practice. Quantum Breath has taught me how to breathe with intention, allowing me to release stress and bring a sense of calm and clarity into my life. It’s allowed my to balance my thoughts, and be in control of my life and mind, rather than being trapped in the cycle of fear, anxiety and spiralling emotions.
It was through this practice and past experiences, that I began to understand the profound impact our breathing has on our overall well-being and genetic expression.
Another crucial element of my transformation was learning the importance of consistency. It wasn’t about making drastic changes overnight but about integrating small, meaningful habits into my daily routine.
I started with simple practices, like resetting a room before leaving it, ensuring that each space was ready for me when I returned.
Meditating and taking time for myself, even if it was only as little as five minutes at a time. Breaking old habits means introducing new ones and rather than making them seem huge and unattainable, I found a way to fit it in with my hectic life.
This proactive approach to managing my environment and self, helped me streamline my habits and create a sense of order and ease in my life.
Throughout my journey, I’ve embraced an integrated approach to wellness.
Also being available for what is important for me and brings joy into my life.
By being more present and connected with myself, it allows me to do the same with my children, which brings us all a bigger sense of well-being and connectedness.
I also make time for self-care and reflection, recognising that true transformation comes from within ourselves and our choices, followed by aligned action. By making these intentional choices, I began to see a shift not only in my physical health but also in my mental and emotional well-being. Which in turn, gives permission to my children. I like to lead within integrity and by example.
One of the most important lessons I have learned is the power of authenticity. Being true to myself and my journey has allowed me to connect more deeply with others and guide them on their paths. It’s about embracing our vulnerabilities and understanding that where we stand today is not where we need to stay. We have the power to create change, to rise and thrive.
As I continue this journey, I am committed to helping others discover their potential and transform their lives. Whether through my newly founded genre of music called Quantum Music, my songs and lyrics, Bee Happy Parties, one-on-one sessions, workshops, or my comprehensive seven-day course, I am dedicated to sharing the tools and techniques that have made such a difference in my own life.
Health and wellness are high on my agenda and drinking the best ionised water available, also boosts anti-inflammatories, raises my energy levels, and alleviates brain fog and aids my sleeping.
I am a mental health advocate, having had PTSD in the past, due to emotional trauma that I had been living through. I have also lived with many people experiencing this and know what it takes to get past all these blocks beliefs our thoughts that we keep thinking, over and over, mostly on an unconscious level. Repeating our thoughts over and over, hard wire them into our neural pathways and it is understanding how to change this, that allows me to get to the root cause of an issue and how we can rewire ourselves and upgrade our DNA.
I want to share with World what is possible, and how we can change our lives, every day, right up to the day that we die. We often feel stuck in our situations and usually it is through fair, or not understanding what is possible everything is possible, and anything is possible and I am proof to show that, as well as have the knowledge and signs to back all of this up.
